LONDON - A giant statue of the ancient Egyptian god of the dead floated down the Thames on Monday, turning heads as it crossed under London's Tower Bridge.

The 25-foot fiberglass representation of the jackal-headed god was taken down the river on the back of a cargo ship to Trafalgar Square, where it will stand for three days before moving to various locations around the capital.

Anubis' arrival is part of an effort to promote an exhibition of the treasures taken from the tomb of the ancient Egyptian King Tutankhamun. The show, "Tutankhamun and the Golden Age of the Pharaohs," opens Nov. 15 at London's O2, previously known as the Millennium Dome.

Her balanced perspective is appreciated as promoting both understanding and reasoned analysis.

Of particular interest are the ideas about the human flaws of spiritual teachers, as well as the degeneration of spiritual groups after the teachers depart. This is usually illustrated by the advancement in the significance of dogma. Jennifer also describes the struggle by witches for mainstream acceptance versus identification with past persecution. She notes how this recognition can result in a loss of freedom.

In addition, we touch upon the concept that most, if not all, religions originate from a teacher well-versed in the ancient Mysteries.

Vincent Jennings joins us to discuss his new film, “Abbey of Thelema.”

Vincent describes his path, including his membership in a religious cult and subsequent work as a cult deprogrammer, his business success, and interest in the occult, particularly the works of Aleister Crowley. We talk about how the idea for the “Abbey of Thelema” film came about, as well as the amazing circumstances that coalesced for the film to become reality. Perhaps it was something synchromystic?

Vincent also discusses many of the actors and musicians involved in the project and his plans for screening it.

As he says, the film is a “dark comedy” and it is sure to be very interesting. Check it out when you get the chance.

Welcome to the Rt. Rev. T Allen Greenfield, who joins us to discuss one of his books, “Secret Cipher of the UFOnauts.”

The book describes the cipher, its use throughout history, its discovery in Liber AL vel Legis (The Book of the Law), and how Allen found it could be utilized in instances of UFO contact to derive meaning from the odd names the entities provided. The discovery of the cipher and its usage opens up a very likely “missing link” bridging the understanding between the worlds of spiritual and magick occult concepts and the entities from UFOs, contactees, and Men In Black. This linkage is key to truly comprehending the hidden realms that seem to impose themselves upon on our world with regularity.
